Order 96010668 on aquatuning.nl

Hi,

I have made the following order on aquatuning.nl 96010668 on Montag, 29. März 2010 and the website mentioned that all products where in stock. Payment was done via Paypal, so no delay should take place. However since then I have not heard anything from aquatuning.nl, I have tried to contact the webshop via the contact button and it said message successfully sent, but I did not get anything back. That worries me and feels like I am beeing scammed. Since it is one of your partner shops and I ordered at aquatuning.de before (also have an account there) I was wondering if you would be able to find out for me what is going on and why my payment was accepted but I do not get any info/details about my order and no respons on my mail. I also opened a case at Paypal but no reply from aquatuning.nl yet either via the Paypal service, case will close at 24 April, but if not resolved then I will ask them to cancel the payment. I hope I can just simply get my goods that I have payed for and some/any information about my order ... Sorry for the English, but I do not speak German.

I.v.m. het niet-voorradig zijn van alle producten liet de levering enige tijd op zich wachten. Op 9 april is de bestelling verstuurd, omdat toen de laatste onderdelen bij ons binnen zijn gekomen.
